We send minerals worldwide. The shipment fee will depend on the destination, weight and volume of your parcel which will be calculated during your ordering process. 

Please let us know if you require a signature. If not, the parcel will be sent without a signature request. All the parcels have a tracking number when sent. The number will be sent to you when your order is processed.

We support principles of sustainability. If you'd like your invoice to be printed, please let us know in the comments to the order. If you'd like the additional printed material, e. g. a business card, mineral information, please indicate in the comments to the order.

We do our best to make sure your beautiful minerals arrive safely to you, that is why we use plenty of packing material. All the packaging material is ALWAYS re-usable. We encourage re-using the packaging material you receive with your mineral for your own packaging or utilise it in a proper manner.
